Delivery

All items are delivered by our delivery team which consists of experienced professionals. You will be contacted on the delivery day to schedule a time and ensure someone is home to receive the item. For all online orders, our drivers will require customers to sign a delivery receipt.

Please note that our delivery policy is strictly to the front door. Removal of the old appliances and carrying the items inside the house is free for flat houses WITH YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY AND BRISBANE HOME APPLIANCES WILL NOT TAKE ANY LIABILITIES IN CASE OF ANY DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY. Please make sure you inform the shop if stairs are on the way and extra charges will be applied depending on the conditions. In some cases, more than one delivery staff may be required, so please advise us with accurate information.


In instances where our drivers feel unsafe or are unable to carry the appliance upstairs or inside the house, the item will be placed in a safe spot at the front door.

Installation

Our delivery staff are also able to install washing machines and dishwashers. If you require your appliances to be installed, you need to inform the shop prior to delivery. Please note that extra charges would apply for installation which depends on the location and its circumstances.

 

Brisbane Home appliances delivery service is to the Brisbane Greater Metro area. We will ship your appliance out to you within maximum 7 days depending on time situations. We may use third-party transport companies when and/or where required. We will call you to book and confirm a time for delivery. We only deliver to your door unless otherwise specified and arranged at least one day prior to delivery.  We reserve the right to refuse delivery of your product for any reason that we deem fit. Please contact us at bha.qld@gmail.com or 0422 855 850 to let us know if you have specific delivery needs such as a staircase or tight door or walkways to your premises or to have old appliances removed.
